May 16 2019 - ALCAN Highway to Fort ST Johns

The ALCAN highway was rough in a lot of places. Some steep hills and just bad roads.
A lot of frost heaves with red flags and red cones to mark bad spot. Speed limit in some areas was 62 mph but I could only run about 45 safely.

These signs are found several places on the highway warning of moose.

Have no idea why these are sitting here.

They use a lot of trailers and large signs to advertise just before we entered a town.

Fuel stations like this with above ground tanks and a pump at the end was closed.

We are leaving Alberta province (like our states) and going into British Columbia.

Beaver town.

This is the beginning of the ALCAN highway which goes all the way to the Alaska Border.

My selfie makes the writing reversed. No one was there in the rain so we will get someone to take out picture on the way back home.

Another quiet night at this Walmart store.
