We stayed at Shields Military RV park in Gulf Port Mississippi and I hope we never go back there again. Dole Company must have parked 80 semi trailers across the street from where we were camped. I think they also moved 20 each day and simply made lots of noise. The road was about 150 feet from our site and traffic was noisy all day and night.
I think I hear every loud muffler, garbage truck, motor cycle and semi truck that drove down that road.
Not much sleep at this campground.

We really liked the Keesler Military Campground. It had nice level pad where we was parked but had some ramps too high to drive over, glad I got a nice spot. It was so quiet at Keesler.

This is the ONLY lighthouse sitting in the middle of the roadway in the USA according to one of the lighthouse keepers.
Nice public park with frisby golfers and people fishing. Very nice walk way about a mile around.
