We walked p around the back of this hill which Susan was not liking steep hills and steps.
She is happy to see a roadway. About a 30 minute strenuous walk.
Elephants rocks everywhere here.
It is about 13 miles of driving thru the Valley of Fire State Park.
It is so beautiful to see the different colors in this park.
Susan started driving here, I am old and get tired of driving.

Nope, we did not climb this mountain like these people did.
A Slot Canyon walk.
The sand here is almost like orange colored beach sand.
Looked like purple layers here.
Looks lie land shifts and could be heated sand flow.
It is unbelievable how many different views of dirt are here.
The parking lo at the end of the road.
We stopped to go another short 2 mile hike along with a lot of other people.
Yep, we might both be old but we climbed all over these rocks and boulders.
Look at the different colors and it may have been something like lava flow. Just guessing.
White, orange, brown colors here are just beautiful.
Driving to campgrounds.
The Cabins were rebuilt and are not original but are cool with the water at the bottom of a wash.
I think these are old drawings but I failed history. They look cool.
Even though Susan is scared of heights she sure enjoyed walking around here.
