We drove to Manatee State Park on Dec 11, 2018 right outside of Trenton Florida where a co-worker of mine, Don use to live.
Stayed here 3 nights and it was cold, down to 30 degrees at night.
The day we left it was raining but on the way to Blackwater River Campground it stopped.
I think these same deer roam around the park.
You can swim in there and it is about 65 degrees when we were there, too cold for me.
This is the café, they bar-b-q chicken daily.
We cheated and got a hot chocolate.
There are five Manatees in there and one is a baby.
