Mar 06 2019 - Ride on Route 66 to Kingman Arizona

Could not resist another Jeep ride down Route 66.
This trip was to Kingman Arizona to see the Visitor Center Museum and a Big old train.

It was sprinkling rain and we saw this Golf Ball House.
The lady in the store said it is not open for touring right now but will be soon. They are renovating things in there.

I am always on the lookout for Tom as he like Aliens and UFO's.

This is cute where they have the truck up on that pole.

These pictures are all of the roadway on Route 66.

Lots of windmill generators out west.

I took many pictures in the Museum at Kingman Arizona.

This is just like the old stores that use to be here.

These were in a room off to the side.

This is part of the old building that we are not allowed in.

A big room has all of these ELCTRIC cars in it.

This thing is electric too.

Yep, Electric.

Yes, Electric.

We left the museum and checked out the town.

We found a second museum but did not take pictures inside.

We walked around a few blocks.

I am not kin to this Smith.

We drove 20 miles down route 66 and found this place which is supposed to be another visitor center. Not really it is just a tourist attraction.

Looks like Herby.

We saw dust storms coming here and heading back to the Kingman Visitor Center.

This old train is across the street from the Kingman Visitor center and it is one of the largest steam engines I have seen.

The plaque state this steam train was converted to oil.

Heading back to the RV.
