Drove down 14 miles of continuous downhill grade to get to the visitor center.
A cute little town with 3 campgrounds and a gas station. the Ranch is where people lived when the Borax mine was operating. it is now a tourist town with rooms to rent and a swimming pool, general store, restaurant and museum.
