Mar 11 2019 - Hoover Dam
A ride across the Hoover Dam. It is early in the season and spring break week out here. A lot of people out there walking right out in front of vehicles. I did not hit anyone, did not even toot at them.
Leaving our campsite.
Sunrise is pretty.
Casino up by the Dam. They use to let RVers spend the night in the big parking lot on the right side of the road but not anymore, someone is putting up a fence and gate.
This is a fairly new traffic circle that was finished about a year ago.
Security is checking for firearms. They sent a motorhome away.
We did not stop to see or walk on the Memorial Bridge, too many people there today.
There is only one entry from Nevada side of the Dam. Years ago you could enter from the Arizona side but they closed that off after the new bridge was built and it also gives better security.
Nevada time Zone.
Arizona Time Zone.
Welcome to Arizona.
We turned around and drove back across the Dam.
It cost $10.00 to for parking in the garage and it was full.
Welcome back to Nevada.
